Certificate for A1 for Bulgarians who wants to work in EU states
Hello,
One pressing issue in recent times is how to send workers abroad for more than 1 month.
For starters each company should get the A1 certificate.
Who issues it and what is it actually?
A1 replaces the former certificate E 101. A1 is issued by the NRA (National revenue Agency in Bulgaria) in the presence of certain indicators of the company.
Below is our written answer to your questions.
The first question was what should be the turnover in Bulgaria for one company to be able to post the same employees in the Member States.
Answer:
A) Turnover of the company in Bulgaria must be at least 25% percent over the previous 12 months.
If the Company is a newly created -turnover is seen for the last 4 months, again requiring at least 25% of revenue to be in Bulgaria.
cool Must be submitted contracts concluded with residents in Bulgaria and contracts concluded with foreign nationals from the European Union. Treaties with the European Union must be translated and legalized.
C) The Company shall have staffing for its activities in Bulgaria and its activities in the European Union. One company is allowed to post 75% of its staff in the Treaty on European Union. For the execution of contracts in Bulgaria must remain at least 25% of staff. It should be borne in mind that the calculations of these rates do not include management and support staff (directors, deputy. Directors, managers, secretary, host, supplier, clerk, cashier, doorman, security, etc.), it should be considered only personnel directly related to the execution of contracts in Bulgaria and abroad.
D) A presentation of the company is required.
E) In completing the application for a Certificate of A1 must be present contracts, travel order, identity card, and a copy of the notification under Art. 62 labor Code.
F) Should also be given a Certificate of no tax liability where it is clear that the company does not rely on a State Budget. This document is not binding because the NRA employees can see the condition of the Company without this document. This document is very important for you before applying. Because of peculiarities in the software of the NRA often leave interest and obligations that are due. When you make a printout, you can bring the necessary documents so that these amounts may be removed.
G) When completing the Application for A1 must be given mandatory that the appointee is the employer, it follows that wages, taxes and insurance will be paid in Bulgaria.
H) Must also be submitted the Company's Accounting Policies.
I) the terms of the Treaty and the timing of trips must comply.
Example:
If your contract ends on March 20, travel order must also be up to 20 March.
J) For people who are posted in EU- they should have mandatory medical insurance. It is desirable to have a European health insurance card, especially for trips longer than 2 months.
C) It is the salary to be paid by card accounts. Thus is convincingly demonstrated that the amounts charged on payrolls actually paid staff.
L) Per each person is required a separate certificate A1.
M) For each trip need to issue a new Certificate A1.
H) In connection with these assignments must be submitted translated and legalized negotiated with the State member of European Union, and also issued annexes and invoices.
